Val D'isere 2008/2009

In December of 2008 I left on a whim to go to Val D’isere for a ski season.  Stopping for a short while on a friends floor, soon I had myself a job and a flat shared with two Spanish guys, an Aussie, a Scot, a vain lad and two lasses.  The stories that followed could fill a blog on their own.

Unfortunately this blog is just about the photos I took.  Some are panoramas taken during the day and night of Val d’isere high street, La Rue Principale showing shop fronts and bars such as The Pacific Bar and Moris Pub.  I have also got a couple of the view from my balcony looking out across Val to the Espace Killy.

I return to Val D’isere, packing my Canon gear and meaning business, this winter for the 2009/10 season.  I am aiming to shoot as much as possible concentrating on the park scene and the nightlife.
